DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
- In charge of overseeing an administrative staff committed to delivering everything required for the sales force's functioning.
- Budget administration, validation, control, application, and testing - (Sales, Operational, Materials, Fixed Services, etc...)
- Negotiation of various selling points to improve sales team performance.
- Purchase and management of sales promotion and incentive.
- Constant connection with product owners to keep the information in advertising spaces, modules, posters, brochures, and so on up to date.
- Ongoing direct interactions with the Vice President, Management, and Sales Area Managers.
- Process follow-up with procurement - supplier bidding
- Design selection, module manufacture, and module maintenance
- Profitability is determined through MIS management and sales outcomes analysis.
- Point-of-sale operation identification, tracking, and continuous feedback with suppliers and users
- Process monitoring in several sectors (Legal, HR, Accounts Payable, etc...)
- Follow-up with product owners on unique tasks that have been requested.
- Special events coordination and follow-up for the sales force and employees.
- Generate solutions and outcomes to the various managers' requirements, updating team and supplier procedures, calculating times, solutions, and so on...
- Sales force activities and incentives are selected, purchased, requisitioned, inventoried, and sent.
- Update procedures in accordance with internal norms and guidelines.
- Government operations require management skills.
- In charge of certain sales force events (integration, celebrations, achievements, etc..).
- Responsible for ensuring that internal communication is within the company's boundaries, using the IMH platform, which is verified by all relevant departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
- Experience managing and supervising resources, services, and procedures for at least two years is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in point of sale opening logistics is required (booth production, space leasing).
- Capability to work on many projects at once from various procedures.

- Create a comprehensive commercial collection architecture that optimizes collecting benefit across worldwide commercial portfolios.
- Monitor critical metrics such as cancellations, write-offs, spin-down rates, and recoveries, and give analytical insights to explain patterns.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Global Services Network, Compliance, and Legal) to execute risk management strategies and provide best-in-class customer support.
- Exploration of additional information sources to enhance risk discrimination and/or economics beyond the current framework
- Create next-generation client management tools capable of integrating card and non-card portfolios to increase synergy and efficiency.
- Analyze organized and unstructured data and transform it into usable company insights and plans utilizing statistical, financial, engineering, or business intelligence tools.
- A postgraduate degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, or management from a reputable institute is desirable.
- 0-3 years of experience in analytics/credit risk management or a comparable field.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, project management, and structured problem-solving abilities in R, Python, Hive, Pyspark SAS, SQL, and EXCEL are required.
- Strong data management skills and the ability to utilize statistical / quantitative tools and approaches to produce business outcomes are required.
- Strong technical knowledge of big data; ability to create and maintain code to gather data for analysis and translate data insights into strategies
- High energy, effective cooperation skills, and a demonstrated team-first approach are required.
- Our Customer Advisors will perform the following duties in this specialized role
- In a fast-paced, highly regulated workplace, provide exceptional customer service and value to Card Members.
- Handle complicated client enquiries from start to finish, taking ownership and resolving issues on First Contact.
- To promote client loyalty, ask probing questions to create rapport, analyze the consumer profile, and give personalised recommendations.
